The UA-MCAA Mechanical Industry Future Leaders Institute Is Here!

March 12, 2020

In partnership, the United Association (UA) and the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA) have officially launched the joint initiative to provide education and training to future leaders in the mechanical industry. The three-day program is designed for late period apprentices and recently graduated journey persons.

The UA-MCAA Strategic Planning Committee is actively positioning our industry for continued success and growth. We believe that providing our future leaders the education they need to be successful is critical, as well as the shared responsibility of labor AND management.

Stay tuned for more details in the coming months on the first program session this fall.
