September 18, 2025

From September 15-17, MCAA hosted its second Field Leaders Conference of 2025 in Toronto, Ontario. With over 100 attendees, the event provided an engaging and impactful experience for emerging leaders in the mechanical contracting industry.

The conference program, designed to equip field leaders with essential skills for success, featured sessions on effective communication, leadership development, and strategic problem-solving. Participants explored real-world scenarios and gained insights to enhance both their professional and personal lives.

Attendees expressed enthusiastic praise for the event. One participant shared, As someone who […]  was sent here with the intention of developing into leadership roles, I feel so much more prepared to take on that challenge having this experience under my belt already. Another remarked, I thought it was a great conference with good information and exceptional speakers.

MCAA continues to invest in the growth of its members through initiatives like the Field Leaders Conference, empowering the next generation of leaders to drive excellence in their organizations and the industry as a whole.

We thank Procore for their support of this conference and the UA for their continued collaboration and efforts in supporting our current and future field leaders.
