MCAA26 Education Seminars: Elevate Your Expertise

November 24, 2025

MCAA26 will host a series of education seminars designed to enhance the knowledge and capabilities of our contractor members. Register today to take advantage of the invaluable industry expertise available at this year’s convention.

Beyond the Horizon – Shaping the Next Era of Mechanical Contracting
Led by MCAA President-Elect Curtis Harbour and Past Presidents Robert Beck, Brian Helm and Mark Rogers, this interactive seminar will examine how today’s contractor strategic plans differ from those of just five years ago. Topics will include agility, diversification, workforce sustainability, the impact of regional market variability and strategies for labor planning and talent retention.

Working Through the Aftermath of a Fatality or Extreme Injury on the Jobsite
Don Campbell, Vice President of P1 Construction, will address one of the most difficult yet critically important topics in our industry. Through a real case study of a steel piping system pressure-testing incident that resulted in a fatality, he will guide attendees through the lessons learned, the response process and the long-term impacts on organizations and teams.

Business Succession & Exit Planning
Hosted by RBC Wealth Management, this session—featuring Kevin Clift, Matt Sheldahl and Robert Stern—will examine the considerations and methodology behind business valuation, outline the key stages of the business sale process and explore the implications tied to various ownership transfer strategies.

Don’t miss these valuable learning opportunities. Register today!
