PCA25 Delivers Powerful Education and Peer Exchange

May 27, 2025

The 2025 PCA Plumbing Service Conference in St. Louis showcased the incredible energy and emphasis on plumbing service in our industry.  Attendees had the opportunity to tour the operations of Murphy Company and Local 562, gaining firsthand insight into some of the most innovative and effective plumbing service operations and UA training in the industry. From tooling strategies to safety protocols, PFAS testing and truck outfitting, the tours were a highlight and sparked great discussion among participants.

The education sessions were equally powerful—covering topics such as mental health, sales strategy, and onboarding. The keynote session, “AI for Plumbing Pros,” delivered by Autobahn Consultants, energized the audience with practical ways artificial intelligence is already transforming service workflows and improving efficiency.

Networking remained at the heart of the conference, with ample time for peer-to-peer exchange, best practice sharing, and building relationships that strengthen our industry community.

PCA extends sincere thanks to all who attended and to our generous sponsors who made the event possible.

To continue providing relevant programming and resources, we encourage all members to complete the PCA Benchmark Survey on the current state of plumbing service. Your input is critical to shaping future education, outreach, and support.

We can’t wait to see you next year! The PCA Plumbing Service Conference will take place May 4–6, 2026, in Indianapolis, IN.
